Well here I am. I finally got around to using my Round Tuit. (The image: My Dad sent me this round tuit a long time ago when I was a new mom and had no time for anything but the kid, kept saying “when I get around to it”.)
I’m 1/2 of a happy, semi-retired couple. We’re life partners, parents of 4, grandparents of 3.5. We live in a great condo in one of the most beautiful cities of the world: Vancouver, BC, Canada.

what I do for a living
I’m almost completely retired. Still doing a bit of freelance copyediting and technical writing, something I’ve done as moonlighting for 20+ years. My professional site is WORDS. Click the logo on the right.
I recently left the world of education after 15 years of:
> teaching adult students, online and in person at SD40′s Adult Learning Centre
> designing and writing online courses and teaching online
> working with Blackboard/WebCT in their “Ask Dr. C” forums
> writing an Educator’s Resource website and Resource blog….
…but all that is done now. Gradually I’ve been unscribing my life from the above.
